　　2、 Precautions for installation of hot pressed plate cushion:

　　When paving the cushion of the hot press, the cushion must be installed in the middle of the heat conduction plate and the stainless steel template of the hot press from top to bottom. The cushion must be placed flat. It is not fixed at first to prevent debris from being brought into the pavement. Then raise the temperature to 60-80 ℃, and raise the pressure to make the pressing plate slightly closed. In the process of fixing, only four corners in the length direction need to be fixed, and the width direction should not be fixed. After pressing more than 200-300 pieces, due to the slight shrinkage of the cushion after being heated, it is necessary to readjust the tension of the cushion after stopping the machine. Press more than 200-300 pieces and adjust again. Recently, some buffers on the market have positive and negative sides. The side with as many copper wires as possible faces the template, which is the heat preservation side and faces the heat conduction plate of the press. 　　3、 How to use hot pressed plate cushion

　　(1) Up and down. When the cushion of hot press is newly used, there is a process of fitting. Put the new cushion into the press and use it for a period of time and then adjust it to the lower press to ensure that the surface is well attached and the service life can be prolonged.

　　(2) One board and one mat. According to the feedback of the floor enterprise, it is not the quality problem to change the cushion, but the improper use. Due to the variety of floor production, a cushion is often used in combination with multiple templates, resulting in the bending of the cushion when changing the template, which affects the service life of the cushion. And some manufacturers have begun to implement a stainless steel template with a cushion, while changing the steel plate, let the cushion get health. Avoid the steel cushion in 180-220 ℃ high temperature continuous work, naturally shorten the service life.

　　(3) The upper and lower pads are consistent. If the silicone rubber pad is laid above and the asbestos pad is laid below, the heat conduction between the upper and lower parts will be inconsistent, which will directly affect the production. Even if the asbestos cushion is placed up and down, it is necessary to ensure that the cushion thickness and copper content are the same as the temperature resistant products, so as to make the cushion effect play well.
